The raise, limited to qualified investors, will fund SOMAGEC’s 2026‑2030 investment programme and reinforce its financing strategy in the capital markets. The two banks acted as financial advisors and placement agents, supported by Maleh Law Firm as legal counsel and Hdid & Associates representing the bondholders, with CIH Bank serving as the centraliser.
