AMMC approves 12 new OPCVM authorisations and 9 fund visas in June 2026

The Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) disclosed that it granted 12 OPCVM authorisations and 9 fund visas for June 2026, showing a robust level of activity in the collective‑investment market. BMCC Capital Gestion alone secured 11 authorisations across diversified, medium‑to‑long‑term bond and short‑term bond products, while Wafa Gestion topped the visa list with several of its equity‑oriented funds.

June 2026 approvals by AMMC

The Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) released its list of OPCVM authorisations and visas for June 2026, confirming a vigorous pace in the collective‑investment segment.

Authorisations

A total of 12 new authorisations were granted. Quantum Capital Gestion received a single approval for its Quantum Secur Rendement fund, classified under Medium‑to‑Long‑Term Bonds (OMLT). BMCE Capital Gestion dominated the list with 11 approvals spanning diversified, OMLT and Short‑Term Bond (OCT) funds.

AMMC also granted nine fund visas. Wafa Gestion led the tally, with visas for several of its funds such as WG Valeurs, WG Low Volatility Factor Fund, Attijari Dividend Fund, Univers Obligations, WG Momentum Factor Fund, WG Value Factor Fund and Attijari Mixed Distribution.

Additional visas were awarded to CFG Diversifié (managed by CFG Gestion) and Upline Patrimoine (managed by Upline Capital Management). The approved funds mainly fall into the Equity, Diversified and OMLT categories.
