Morocco’s Capital Market Raises Drop to DH7.2 bn in January 2026
The Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) reports that capital raised in January 2026 slipped to DH 7.188 billion, less than half of the DH 15.128 billion recorded in the same month a year earlier. The decline is driven mainly by a drop in negotiable debt‑instrument issuances, while equity issuances remained modest. The loan‑borrow securities pool reached DH 38.5 billion, and the total capital raised in 2025 stood at DH 124.4 billion.
