OCP Extends Its 7.5‑Billion‑Dirham Treasury Bill Program – New Issuance Details

The Moroccan Capital Markets Authority (AMCM) announced on 9 February that OCP SA has renewed its treasury‑bill programme, keeping the ceiling at 7.5 billion dirhams. The updated filing outlines the nominal value, maturity range and the flexible interest‑rate mechanism that will apply to each future issue. The programme, originally launched in September 2022, enables OCP to meet short‑term cash‑flow needs, optimise financing costs and diversify its funding sources.

AMCM Announces Renewal of OCP Treasury‑Bill Programme

On 9 February 2026, the Moroccan Capital Markets Authority (AMCM) filed an update (reference VI/EM/002/2026) to the information memorandum governing OCP SA’s treasury‑bill issuance programme. The ceiling of the programme remains fixed at 7,500,000,000 Moroccan dirhams.

Key parameters of the renewed programme

  • Maximum issuance amount: 7.5 billion DH
  • Nominal value per bill: 100,000 DH
  • Maturity range: from 10 days up to 12 months
  • Interest rate: fixed for each issue, set according to prevailing market conditions

The programme was originally established on 21 September 2022. It is designed to address occasional cash‑flow gaps arising from working‑capital fluctuations throughout the year, to lower financing costs and to broaden OCP’s funding mix.
