GPC accelerates its 200‑million‑DH industrial project in Meknes

GPC, the paper‑and‑cardboard packaging subsidiary of the YNNA Group, used the SIAM 2026 exhibition to reveal a major milestone in its growth plan: the new production unit at Agropolis Meknes is now more than 50 % complete and is expected to be operational by the end of 2026.

This strategic investment of 200 million Moroccan dirhams is designed to bring manufacturing closer to the fertile belts of the Fes‑Meknes region, thereby supporting the rapid expansion of key agricultural value chains such as citrus and rosaceae crops.

Launch of next‑generation agricultural packaging

During the same event, GPC unveiled a fresh line of export‑grade agricultural packages, including:

  • 10‑kg cartons specifically built for citrus exports
  • Tailor‑made solutions for berries, avocados and peppers

All the new packs are produced with a unique digital printing technology that is the first of its kind in Morocco and Africa, allowing high‑level customization and improved product presentation for overseas markets.
