Safettras is a recognised specialist in deep foundations, retaining structures, soil improvement and advanced geotechnical works. Its proven technical know‑how on complex, strategic projects complements TGCC’s existing portfolio and widens the group’s ability to cover the full construction value chain.

Governance and Continuity

The existing shareholders will retain the remaining 49 % of Safettras and will continue to run the company’s day‑to‑day management, ensuring continuity of expertise and aligning with the growth ambitions of the business.
